Reason as filed by the promoterBecause of the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we were unable to carry out the construction work as the required manpower were not allowed to work and we were not able to procure materials required for construction due to lockdown. Once, the manpower became available with us, we have completed the construction work in 4th Quarter of FY 2021-22. The application for Occupancy Certificate has also been submitted on 27th April, 2022. We have submitted the required documents. Please do the needful.
