Refund and cancellation policy

Reports (buyer, developer, area)

Every report is generated specifically for your purchase, from that day's live RERA filing data. Full refund if your report has not been delivered within 24 hours of a successful payment. No refund once the report has been delivered, since it was generated against your specific request and cannot be undone.

Alerts

Alerts run for a fixed 3-month period with no auto-renew; there is nothing to cancel at the end of the term, it simply stops. Full refund if requested within 24 hours of payment and before any alert email has gone out for your areas. Not refundable after that, since the subscription is already actively monitoring on your behalf.

Failed or duplicate payments

If Razorpay deducts a payment but no order appears under your purchases, write to alerts@reragenie.com with the payment reference and we will refund it in full.

How to request a refund

Email alerts@reragenie.com with your account email and the order or payment reference. Once we approve a refund, Razorpay processes it to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
