What is ReraGenie?
ReraGenie is an independent research product that turns official RERA filings from six Indian states into structured project pages, developer track records, buyer reports and market analysis for developers.
Is the data official?
Yes. Every figure comes from documents developers are legally required to file with state RERA authorities, including sworn quarterly progress reports. Each page shows its data date.
Which states does ReraGenie cover?
Maharashtra first, followed by Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi and Gujarat.
What does ReraGenie cost?
Browsing is free with an account. The home-buyer report costs Rs 499 per project. The developer project analysis costs Rs 2,999 per project, with a land-transaction add-on at Rs 2,999. Area consolidated reports start at Rs 2,999. New-project email alerts cost Rs 499 for three months.
Is ReraGenie affiliated with RERA?
No. ReraGenie is independent and is not affiliated with any Real Estate Regulatory Authority. We read public disclosures and present them in a structured way.
Can I download project documents?
Yes. Logged-in users can download every document a project has filed on RERA as a single ZIP, free of charge.
