Know every new project the day it registers

We watch RERA registrations daily across your chosen areas and email you the moment something new appears, weeks before hoardings and listings.

1 · Pick your areas

Up to three pincodes or localities. Change them anytime during the subscription.

2 · We watch RERA daily

New registrations, and optionally status changes such as extensions, lapses and revocations in the same areas.

3 · You get the email

An instant alert per registration plus a Monday digest. Every alert links to the full structured project page.

Picking your areas also brings the free monthly city report for those districts, when a new edition publishes: what registered that month, against the city's own twelve-month run and the other six cities. Free to everyone, and separate from the alert subscription below.

Free during the pilot beta. Create an account, pick up to three areas, and the alerts start. Nothing to pay and no card. The price after the beta is Rs 499 for 3 months, an extra pack of 3 areas for Rs 299, and there is no auto-renew: we send a one-tap renewal link in the final week.
