About ReraGenie and our methodology

ReraGenie is an independent research product. We collect the public disclosures that real-estate developers are legally required to file with state Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (RERA), keep every quarterly update instead of letting new filings overwrite old ones, and present the result as structured pages and decision reports.

Where the data comes from

Every figure traces to an official RERA filing: registration certificates, sanctioned plans, Form 1, 2 and 3 certificates, quarterly progress reports and litigation records. Each page states its data date. We are not affiliated with any RERA authority.

What we do not do

We do not list properties, broker deals, or accept money from developers for placement. Risk flags are rule-based summaries of filing facts, not investment or legal advice.

Corrections

If a promoter attribution or figure looks wrong, use the report-a-mismatch link on the page. A human reviews every correction request; entity merges are reversible by design.

ReraGenie carries live MahaRERA data for 55396 registered projects, each page showing the date that project last updated on MahaRERA. Coverage is updated as new filings are captured, with the other five states to follow.
