What a delayed possession owes you: SBI highest MCLR plus 2 percent per annum on the amount you paid, from the promised date. Currently 8.90% + 2%.

Maharashtra rates by area type, with the 1 percent women's concession and the Rs 30,000 registration cap. Mumbai 6%, Pune and Thane 7%, lower outside the corporations.
