Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data ReraGenie collects, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

Account data: your email, and optionally your first name, last name and company. Product data: saved projects, alert area and search preferences, and the persona you tell us describes you (buyer, developer or institutional). Payment records: order and payment references from Razorpay; we do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves, Razorpay does. Usage data: aggregate, anonymised Google Analytics 4 events, unless you opt out.

How we use it

To run your account and dashboard, generate the reports you buy, send the email alerts and digests you opt into, and improve ReraGenie. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with developers or promoters for marketing.

Where it is stored

Account and product data is stored with Supabase, hosted in Mumbai, India, protected by row-level security so only you can read your own account rows. Transactional email is sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Cookies and local storage

ReraGenie uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. You can opt out of analytics from the notice bar or any page's footer and still use the full product.

Your rights

View and edit your profile from your account page. Turn any email off from Account > Alerts and email. Ask us to delete your account and associated data by writing to alerts@reragenie.com; we keep payment records only as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Who we share data with

Only the processors that run the service on our behalf: Supabase (data and authentication), Resend (email delivery), Razorpay (payments), and Google Analytics unless you opt out of it. None of them may use your data for their own purposes.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above changes when we do.
