One statistical report per city per month, for the seven cities that carry most of Maharashtra's RERA activity. Every figure is derived from promoters' own filings and dated to its capture; the reports count and compare, and never rank projects or recommend anything. A new edition lands in the first week of each month.

How these are made

MahaRERA files a district, not a city, so each report names the filed districts it covers in its own title block. Money figures are withheld until a month's filings mature, thin months are marked rather than plotted as falls, and each edition restates the two months before it, so a revision is visible instead of silent.
