Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of reragenie.com and the reports and alerts sold on it. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

What ReraGenie provides

ReraGenie structures documents that developers are legally required to file with state RERA authorities into project pages, developer track records, paid decision reports and email alerts. A free account gives you browsing, saved projects and alert area preferences. Reports and alerts are paid, priced on the pricing page, in Indian rupees inclusive of GST.

Accounts

You must give an accurate email address and keep your account credentials to yourself. One account per person. You may close your account at any time by writing to alerts@reragenie.com.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are set server side; ReraGenie never asks your browser what to charge. Card, UPI and net banking details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach ReraGenie's own systems.

Reports and alerts are analytical, not advice

Reports and alerts present facts drawn from official filings, with their source and filing date stated. They are analytical summaries, not investment, financial or legal advice, and not a substitute for your own due diligence or a qualified advisor. The decision to buy, invest in or fund a project is yours alone.

Refunds

See the refund and cancellation policy for exactly when a refund applies.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell, redistribute or bulk-extract ReraGenie's pages or reports, or use the service to build a competing product. Structured data feeds for legitimate research or AI assistant use are described in llms.txt.

Intellectual property

The underlying RERA filings are public government records and remain so. ReraGenie's presentation, computed analysis, report formats and site design belong to Finkoi.

No guarantee on source data

ReraGenie draws every figure from official state RERA filings. We do not control, and cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of, the underlying data a promoter files with a RERA authority. Each page and report states its filing date so you can weigh it accordingly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continuing to use ReraGenie after a change means you accept the update.
