See a real report before you pay

These are complete ReraGenie reports on real registrations, generated by the same code that produces a paid one and watermarked so they cannot be mistaken for a delivered document. Read them end to end; nothing is hidden behind a signup.

Home-buyer report Rs 499

Sampled on Gloria Grand, Baner, Pune · MahaRERA P52100001380

Fifteen sections on a real Pune registration: what the filing says at a glance, red flags and clear checks, the promoter's other registrations, the possession story, sanctioned stock building by building, litigation in plain words, and your rights under RERA.

Project Comparison Matrix Rs 699

Sampled on five active registrations in Pune · MahaRERA P52100080481

Five real Pune registrations side by side: what each promises, how fast each is building once you divide by its age, what is booked, what is charged to a lender, and where each sits against its whole district. It never ranks them, and it says plainly where a filing is silent.

What you are looking at

Every figure in these documents comes from the promoter's own statutory filings on MahaRERA, joined across every registration ReraGenie covers so the report can say things a single RERA page cannot: what else this promoter has registered, what has happened to comparable projects nearby, and where this one sits among them. Each claim carries the filing it came from and the date of the most recent filing it reflects.

A delivered report differs from these samples in three ways. It has no watermark. It carries your order reference. And its document section is written by reading the project's own filed documents, the title report and sanction letters among them, at the moment the report is generated.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a real report or a mock-up?

It is real. Both samples are generated by the same code that produces a paid report, reading the same MahaRERA filings, and carry a SAMPLE watermark so nobody mistakes one for a delivered document. Nothing in them is illustrative or invented.

Why does the sample name a real project and promoter?

Because everything in it is already public. RERA registration is a public disclosure regime: the registration status, the complaints, the court cases and the filing dates are published by the authority. The sample restates that record and adds nothing.

Will my report look exactly like this?

The structure will. The length will not, because each section appears only when the filing can answer it. A project with a thin filing produces a shorter report, and one with fifteen years of history produces a longer one. What you never get is a padded section or a placeholder.

Does the report tell me whether to buy?

No, by design. It states what the promoter filed, with the date it was filed, and marks conditions that have actually happened in red. It carries no score, no rating and no recommendation. The decision stays yours, better informed.
