Delivery policy

ReraGenie sells digital reports and digital email alert subscriptions. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

Reports

After a successful payment, ReraGenie fetches that project's current filing data and documents, generates your report, and delivers it as a private link in your account and by email, usually within 30 minutes. If a report is delayed past that, it is still being prepared, nothing has failed; write to alerts@reragenie.com if you are concerned.

Alerts

An alerts subscription activates immediately on successful payment. You start receiving an email the next time a new project registers in your chosen areas, plus a Monday digest, for the full 3-month term.

Access

Delivered reports remain available from your account for as long as your account exists.
