We would like to bring up some facts about the project, which have caused unavoidable delay in the project. The project consists of stilt plus 12 floors as per the RDP plans dated 15/05/2014 (amended Plan). This project is situated in HDIL Layout in Virar west and is a part of a large layout. We had applied for electrical connection for the flats with MSEB in 2014 however, the entire layout has still not got electric connection. Also, there is no water connection from VVCMC in the l
