Reason as filed by the promoterWe are the promoter of above mentioned housing project located at Sr. No. 63, Hissa No. 1/1, 1/2 and 2, Kondhwa Budruk, Pune - 411048. The said project consisting of one building, and the expected completion date for the same building as per earlier estimations and declaration is on 30.06.2019. But due to the labour scarcity and contractor sub-contractor labour problems the building could not be completed with-in the committed date i.e. 30.06.2019. We somehow managed the labour problems and came to normal work and also changed the contractors, sub-contractors few months back. Therefore we here
