And part completion certificates up to 9th floor is also obtained vide certificate No. OCC/1068/21 dated 01/02/2022. In this “Mount Brisa” Phase I project work up to 10th floor is also completed but proposed 11th to 15th floor sanction process is going on. When we got that sanction, then PMC give us 10th floor completion. Then Phase I RERA is total completed. So, we want to some extension period.
