Additionally, we have made upgrades to the development plan, including an increase in the number of flats, which required revisions in architectural drawings and approvals. These changes have impacted the overall timeline. In light of these factors, we kindly request an extension for the necessary compliance and submission under RERA.
Reason as filed by the promoterThe project work has been completed up to 95%. However, due to slow market response and lower sales realization, the project faced temporary financial constraints. Further, shortage of skilled labour and delays in availability of construction manpower affected the progress of the remaining finishing and ancillary work. Therefore, the remaining work could not be completed within the stipulated timeline. The promoter is actively taking necessary steps to complete the balance work and is seeking an extension of 9 months to complete the entire project and obtain the Occupancy Certificate.
