However, there was considerable time required for getting the sanction of 13 floor and the firm received sanction for 13rd floor on 29/03/2022 vide PCMC sanction letter reference no. 47/2022 dated 29/03/2022 viz commencement certificate no. B.P./Wakad/47/2022. Hence, extension for completion is requested for execution of balance floor till 28/06/2024.
