Reason as filed by the promoterThe project is under construction & we are trying at our best to complete it as early as possible with assured quality of service. Though while registering the project under RERA we were sure to complete the project on time i.e. on our proposed date 31/12/2018, but while estimating the proposed date we had not considered that there are two completed floors already existing on the premises, above which we are constructing the 3rd and 4th floor. Under section 18 of the RERA Act you may stay in the project and claim interest for every month of delay, or exit and claim a full refund with interest. Is my payment protected in The Big World?
