Kothari Auto Parts Manuf
Reason as filed by the promoter1. Majority of our customers were seeking 98% Home Loan Finance. The loans were sanctioned and / or under process for sanction majorly by NBFC’s i.e. Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, Micro Finance Ltd., DHFL etc. Since September 2018 there has been a liquidity crunch at these NBFC’s hence they are not able to disburse funds which in turn affected our construction progress leading to a virtual halt in construction activities. Further to add to the woes: a) The institutions which were earlier funding upto 98% put a cap on funding of upto 90% on cost of house. This lead to delays in receipt of
