Uncertain circumstances & unpredictability of laws & rules may lead to further slowdown in construction activity. Therefore this application for extension is being made to secure the project in case of further delay that may be caused due to any extraneous reasons.
Reason as filed by the promoterDue to unavoidable circumstances in the coronavirus pandamic our project was inordinately delayed. Finally we received the plinth completion certificate to start further construction activity of the project from CIDCO on 28th December 2020. we are positive that we shall be able to complete the construction of this project upto OC by 29/06/2024.
