Moreover various private and Government offices have not been working at full strength and the complete supply chain has broken down. It appears that it is going to take a lot of time to normalize the real estate industry. We would be highly obliged if you accept our application for the extension of the proje
Reason as filed by the promoterIn accordance with circular no 28, we hereby apply for extension of our project u/s 7(3) in Format B. The project was delayed for reasons beyond our control on account of various reasons and more particularly on account of the pandemic of Covid-19. We have consent of 62.5% allottees for purpose of extension of RERA registration period of the said project.
