Reason as filed by the promoterThe validity of current registration is up to 30/12/2022. However, due to prolonged monsoon the peripheral work including excavation for under ground water tank, grey water treatment plant and drainage lines got delayed. For the same reason, the water proofing of top terrace, external painting and installation of windows got delayed by at least 3 months. At present 2 months are requires for completing all physical work and there after 2 months will be required for getting completion certificate. Hence we are requesting extension up to 31-05-2023 under section 6. Our efforts are on to complete
