In the midst of the project, HRC was instituted in Thane and our Commencement Certificate (CC) was reduced from 30 floors to 22 floors and we were told to apply for HRC to build more than 22 floors. And it took 1.5 years to get this HRC, a timeline we had absolutely not budgeted for when we applied for RERA. 2) Huge increase in costs of basic materials like Steel, Aluminium, glass, paint, electrical cables, tiles etc. due to increase in prices of fuel, gas
