Reason as filed by the promoterThe proposed building under reference is almost completed. However, the Total FSI of 2603.13 sq.m. has been revised and reduced to Total FSI of 2276.75 sq.m.. Also, some changes were made in relation to the structure of the project . As a result, there was delay in construction of the project due to delay in receipt of Final C.C. as well as I.O.D. for the revised structure of the project. Now, since the departmental activities are streamlined, we will apply for O.C. shortly i.e. within 10 months.

What are my rights if Horizon Jewel is delayed beyond 30 Jun 2022?
Under section 18 of the RERA Act you may stay in the project and claim interest for every month of delay, or exit and claim a full refund with interest.
