Presently as per UDCPI the project has the potential of 3.5 FSI, because of this the potential of the project has crossed the requirement of Environment clearance certificate. mean while the work on tower no1 was in process and has been completed 100% total 66 flats and we applied for OC dated 05.07/2024. Since we did not had environment certificate for the project we could not start the work on tower no2. we had applied for Environment clearance dated 21/04/2023 and we received the certificate successfully on 06/02/2024.
