These challenges are beyond the control of the developer and have necessitated additional time to ensure the project meets the required quality standards and complies with safety regulations. Furthermore, we anticipate that obtaining the No Objection Certificate (NOC) and Occupancy Certificate (OC) may require additional time; however, we have already applied for the Fire NOC to facilitate this process.
Reason as filed by the promoterThe primary cause of delays has been a shortage of skilled labour and contractor resources, which significantly impacted the project's timeline. In addition, unforeseen disruptions in the supply chain-particularly from May to December-due to issues with contractors and distributors, affected the timely availability of critical materials, further compounding the delays.

Under section 18 of the RERA Act you may stay in the project and claim interest for every month of delay, or exit and claim a full refund with interest. Is my payment protected in Sagar Apt?
