These factors have significantly impacted our ability to meet the original project timeline. Delays from utility providers and local authorities have had a cascading effect on overall progress. Additionally, we are seeking extra time to complete the Occupancy Certificate (OC) process, as we are currently awaiting final approvals for the required NOCs.
Reason as filed by the promoterWe would like to bring to your kind attention that while we have successfully obtained the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the project and have completed all construction and development work, we have applied for OC and yet to be received the Occupation Certificate (OC) from the concerned government authorities which is beyond developer authority.
Reason as filed by the promoterThe project is 100% physically completed, and the delay is solely due to pending statutory approvals, particularly the Fire NOC. The OC process was delayed because the PWD online portal used for NOC applications became non-functional, requiring a temporary shift to manual submissions, followed by re-submission once the portal was restored. These procedural changes caused a delay of approximately six months. All required applications and site visits have been completed, and all NOCs have been received except the Fire NOC, which is expected shortly. Additional time is therefore sought only to co

Is my payment protected in CLOUD CASTLE?
