Reason as filed by the promoterBecause of the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we were unable to carry out the construction work as the required manpower were not allowed to work and we were not able to procure materials required for construction due to lockdown. Once, the manpower became available with us, we have resumed the construction work and also received OC for 'A' wing on 31st October 2022. We hereby request to your good office for extension of proposed date of completion of project from 30th December 2022 to 30th December 2023.
Reason as filed by the promoterThe project was impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 and 2021, and the subsequent slow market conditions and labour shortages made it difficult for us to complete the project on time. Therefore, we are requesting an extension till 30-09-2024 as we have already received Occupancy Certificate of A wing of Phase 1.
