Reason as filed by the promoterWe are writing to formally request an extension to the project completion timeline. The recent increase in the Floor Space Index (FSI) has led to a substantial expansion of the project's scope. To ensure that we continue to uphold the highest standards of quality and deliverables, additional time is essential. We are committed to completing the project efficiently and effectively, and we believe that this extension will enable us to meet all expectations without compromising on quality.
Reason as filed by the promoterThe delay in completion of the Project has occurred on account of revision of the sanctioned plans. Initially, the Project was sanctioned by the Competent Planning Authority with a permissible Floor Space Index (“FSI”) allowing construction up to G + 19 floors. Thereafter, in accordance with the applicable Development Control Regulations and planning norms, we applied for revision of the sanctioned plans seeking enhancement of FSI by addition of four (4) floors.
