Moreover from middle of the March 2020 our work of construction got completely stopped due to COVID-19 Pandemic and due to resultant prolonged lock-down that took place. The labourers / workers migrated to their native places / states and hence even after partial lifting of lockdown, the availability of labourers / workers were meagre and hence the required work could not be underta

Under section 18 of the RERA Act you may stay in the project and claim interest for every month of delay, or exit and claim a full refund with interest.
