Medium-scale developers like Morya Infraconstruct Private Limited faced a liquidity crunch as flat sales remained stagnant for a long period and demand declined due to unemployment and recession. Despite these challenges, we successfully completed Rehab Tower-1 (SRA building) and handed over possession to 130 tenants.
